Hendrix is charming. Very small, but nice. Conway isn't a bad city, either.

Living in GA and having visited Berry, it should probably win #1 overall, in my opinion.

Have you ever been to Stillwater, OK??? I'll leave it at that.
Stand anywhere in WV and do a 360 and I guarantee you will see a mobile home. If you don't you're in the deep boonies and the woods are pretty.

Stillwater blows. Literally. It's one of the windiest places in America.

Sewanee/University of the South hands down. Even Maryville College is better - their campus is shockingly awesome.

Not sure that anything could top Pepperdine. I mean it's in the Malibu cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean

So are you conceding Tuscaloosa sucks?

2-3 story red-brick is quaint, but it doesn't do a lot for me. Hendrix has that. It is a peaceful and small campus. No grandeur of this sort, though.
Old Main looks like something you'd see in France
And for a real "grand old money" look, you gotta have stone masonry. Brick is cheapo, by comparison:
Brick can be nice, though, as long as you take care of it.

For the first time ever, a post by an Arky poster actually has me going "you know what, you convinced me"

I'd put Samford and USA above Bama.

Absolutely gorgeous campus.

I knew it was going to be Berry College, and it should be. I love the campus at UGA (well, North Campus mainly), but Berry is gorgeous.

When will that buttplug Tillman be here to talk about the fricking lake and mountain foothills of Clemson?

Should have been Rhodes. Rhodes is in a gross part of town but the campus is beautiful

Yeah I wouldn't say it's the best in the state. It's a pretty campus for sure, and I love how it's somehow removed from the surrounding area despite being right in the middle of Homewood.
But Alabama and Auburn are the only two in the competition. I'm partial to Auburn especially in the spring but admit that Auburn's buildings become redundant with the brick. Not sure if anything in the entire South beats the quad at Alabama.

The foundation has been laid. Prepare for a lengthy heated AL-AU debate over whose campus is better.
I don't recall this ever being much of a debate. UA has ranked highly on "most beautiful campus" lists for years. Haven't seen Auburn listed on many of them. Bama has invested millions of dollars into transforming that campus into something really aesthetically outstanding.
