"Dumas Walker" by the Kentucky Headhunters is another good one.
Its about small town life and a small hole in the wall, from their small town of Edmonton. Theyre from Metcalfe County...its basically between Lexington and Nashville as the crow flies. Closer to Nashville than Lexingtn. I dont think it ever explicitly cites Metcalfe County or Edmonton, but its a great song when youre drunk so it counts.

Which reminds me of a Waylon song about a wayward girl from a town just down the road from Rome. Cedartiown Georgia
