Also, I don't know shite about the usual quality of flag production but I'm not a fan of being able to see the seams and outline around the Palmetto tree in that gif.

My what ugly flags some of y’all have. Bama’s makes me laugh, it’s the flag equivalent of someone signing their name with an X. South Carolina’s is almost pretty, but the crescent moon gives me a slight commie vibe. Florida’s ‘piss on you’ is kinda entertaining.

I'm a big fan of Tennessee. Simple classic look but at also easily recognizable.
Arkansas could have a case for the top spot if it didn't have "Arkansas" on it. Flags are supposed to represent something. Apparently it's not doing a good job of that if you have to write out what it is.

Alabama has a bad arse flag. We basically took a surrender flag and drew a big red x on it to say "not today motherfricker"

Looked at your list. Laughed that Alabama was number 4. Then started actually looking at the other flags.
Damn yalls flags suck. How is a red x on a white flag legitimately the fourth best flag?
Top 4 for me is Tennessee, South Carolina, Arkansas, then Alabama.
Mississippi should be way lower than you have them.
