As long as Portugal doesn't beat Ghana by four, we're through.
We can lose to Germany and still get through, we won the tie-break with Ghana.
United States Win vs. Germany
Ghana Win vs. Portugal
United States Draw vs. Germany
Portugal Draw vs. Ghana.

Even if we lose -- Ghana can't go through. They have 1 point, we have 4 now.
The only way we don't go is if Portugal beats Ghana by more than 4 scores.
We have a tiebreak over Ghana.
