How big is UGA's law school? Every lawyer I know outside of 1 has a degree from somewhere else. Everyone I know with an UGA degree is liberal arts, education or an MBA...which are the ones making money. They went into finance/underwriting with big companies like Capital One putting up high residential complexes. Or sales, which puts up big numbers regardless where your degree came from.

You’ll never convince me that a&m doesn’t get bonus points on lists like this simply due to the large size of the school and network from being large. Not saying you’re dumb but I guess maybe I’ve known too many aggies irl to fall for the superiority charade.

You may be right, but I'm guessing there is some forecasting going on. Truth is that an A&M backed law school should quickly overtake a bunch of schools. Money, name, two top 10 legal markets in their backyard...

Whatever that ranking is it isn't US News.

It certainly is. Both links provided provide that detail. It's essentially a leaked list that has not officially been published.

Here is the OT topic on the matter

Sorry if going to Mars was too "loud' for you.

Please respect SpaceX and NASA.

They actually "did" something this weekend.

Auburn Engineers never get any credit.

You need to update OP to remove the full list link because the site you linked removed the list at the request of the USNWR.

Other than the curious choice to declare a "top 99" instead of a "top 100"...

Just looking at the thread title, I had a 99% chance of guessing correctly as to which school just happened to be #100.

Maybe for the out of state BAR. Louisiana has one of if not the hardest BARs in the country and LSU has an 87% passage rate, followed by Loyola with 83%, then Tulane at 78%

How many Tulane students take the LA bar? When I took the TN bar there were only like ten Vandy students who took it. The best students at schools like that are going to big law jobs in major cities.

There are a ton of law schools in Georgia, and two very good ones in Emory and UGA.

I don't buy that.

Oh, I do. Without question.

Alabama has a pretty bad arse law school.

This wrong. Tulane has a 91% pass rate and LSU is 87%. Tulane lawyers work for the best law firms all over the country and globally. LSU lawyers represent people that get arrested during Mardis Gras and LSU football players when they get into altercations with the public

Really, that’s odd...One of my sons graduated Loyola New Orleans and LSU Law School and is a Cyber Law attorney in Washington DC...

Being top 99 is more than 1/2 of all accredited law schools. Too many attorneys, so need to go to a top 30 law school. If you live in Georgia, go to UGA. If you live in Bama go to Bama. Simple. Others should look to go out of state.
