Some of the most godless, dedicated liberal people I know are angsting out over the videos of these kids bullying reporters. These are dyed-in-the-wool capital L Liberals who all support Bernie hardcore. They are very uncomfortable with what has transpired at Mizzou.
I have never seen anything like it.

I mean, never in a million years would most older Liberals (excepting lifelong academics who have evolved in the same cesspit of mediocrity that these students inhabit) think depriving 1A rights of student reporters was ok.
I'm GenX. I claim none of the hippie shite or the SJW shite. Too busy working and earning my way out of poverty. Also never thought my "feelings" were gold-plated snowflake, precious and unique.

I know there are some good ones. Its just that your worst are pretty awful. Generational stereotypes are fun.
I think people my age have always known/believed that nobody gave a shite about our struggles or opinions. Hell, the marketers still don't. We get passed right over, and that's a-ok. Relatively speaking, we aren't all that marketing-susceptible anyway.
GenX more or less scoffed at the hippies because they saw the whole story. Hippies and idealists, who rapidly turned into hardcore consumer/materialists and fricked every dime out of the economy, present and future, for themselves. They mainly just did what their televisions told them to do, anyway.
Somehow, Millennials romanticized the whole "protest-movement" and had enough naivete and overconfidence to try to re-create it, no matter how absurd the grounds for protest.

I have a buddy who is a fricking sociology professor... Undergrad from Berkeley type. Dude swore safety was important as tolerance on a campus, I laughed and was intolerant of of his stupid opinion.

The NPR host asked them what are some examples of racism in the classroom, answer, when they're discussing issues like poverty and welfare they usually turn to the black students to get their opinion even though the black students might not have come from such a background. That's racism.
Calling every white kid in the class as being a recipient of white privilege, no problem.

Their response is "his opinions don't deserve to be listened to." And her "BE QUIET!" is outrageous.
