My work is killing me this year, and it's not going to get much better between now and the end of the year. I'm not going to be able to take an entire week off the rest of the year.
I am going to try to squeeze a Thursday and Friday for a 3-4 day trip somewhere. Give me some ideas? I'm good with flying somewhere. Not too concerned about price either.

Really thinking about the Broodmoor in Colorado Springs, just sounds cool to me.

No hiking or sweating, the wife isn't into it. Would drive somewhere with bikes though to go biking.

Any advice?

If you go to the springs my I suggest the PRCA Hall of Fame there are some really cool bronzes there.

Whitefish, Montana.

Edit: I seem to remember some cheaper (relative) flights into Kalispell. Whitefish is a cool little mountain town with an awesome lake, quite a few bike trails that aren't hard, and close to Glacier NP which is a fricking awesome place.

If not the beach, I like Nashville for a few day. Good music, decent eats.

I was in Nashville when I typed that request.

Nashville is close, and is a really nice city, would have no trouble going there for a couple of days. Might not feel like far enough away though to the wife.

Asheville. Hit up the breweries and walk around the city; it's definitely an eclectic, but very fun, city. make sure you go to Bouchon for all-you-can eat mussels.

I've always wanted to go up & see some of the Great Lakes Beaches & Camp Grounds; but, no advice, because I've not done so, yet...

Helen or Elijay, Georgia. You can relax in the mountains. Helen has Octoberfest which is like Spring Break for people your age
