God Bless this nation and may God give our public servants wisdom to deal with the current crises. May God give our citizens peace, justice and honor.
The colors used in the flag of the United States of America,have significance; White signifies purity and innocence, Red, hardiness & valor, and Blue, signifies vigilance, perseverance & justice.

I'm no big fan of #4
The Upper level HBCUs are in line with many decent State Universities, but the lower tier HBCUs probably shouldn't be in business anymore
If you own an old car that you really like, you might put a 2nd transmission in it(#1 came with it from the dealer) to keep it on the Road, maybe even a 3rd, but no matter how much you like that old car after that 3rd transmission, you junk that car for a new or newer Model
A lot of the middle & lower tier HBCUs are on their 8th transmissions and if the Alums can't give enough money to keep them open, then they should close up shop and die out, Nationwide there is excess capacity in our Colleges for those seeking Bachelor's Degrees, the problem is, is that excess capacity all exists outside the Top125 to Top150 Colleges, for those those Top Colleges there aren't enough slots for all those that want to attend
In summary, for many(not all) of those HBCUs that Trumpf is helping, he is merely throwing good money to help a hopeless situation
If Trumpf were smarter, he would identify talented Black & Native American students and give them portable scholarships they could take with them to any University that accepts them, that would help Black higher education more than pouring money down the HBCU drain just to get a bump in the Media
