I knocked down a disgusting amount of oysters last time I was down on the coast. Damn I love seafood. And it's getting closer to crawfish boil season

I'm pretty sure I could kill fifty good raw oysters in a sitting without thinking about it.

I usually don't get them unless I go to a restaurant but I have some relatives that go to the coast pretty frequently and they usually get some while they are down there. They are always really really good.

Add a few cold beers and it becomes even easier.
A fresh shucked raw oyster on a saltine cracker with a little horseradish and your favorite hot sauce is one of life's little miracles.
