If you could make one improvement to Human anatomy what would it be?

Has to apply to all humans and can't be something outlandish like jetpacks, has to be something you can grow. Tail? Shell? Wings?

Anatomically speaking, the human eye is far inferior to what it should be compared to most seeing insects and lots of vertebrate species as well. I would change the eyes or add a couple of them if I had to.
