Yall assume he was going under the speed limit. If they arent holding anyone up then it's a BS ticket. I ride in the left lane but I'm usually doing 80 and if someone comes up behind I move over and let them pass.

I can't stand when people just cruise in the left lane without passing anyone. I really hate it when they are blocking traffic for miles after miles.

The worst are the fricking 18wheelers that decide to pass other 18wheelers and take a fricking hour to do so. Especially when they see you cumming in the left lane and about to pass them, those fricks always cut you off.

Stupid law. Most states just have "slower traffic keep right" signs. And if youre doing 80 in the left lane, you will eventually pass someone. If there's nobody to pass and nobody coming up from behind, who gives a shite if I stay in the left lane...which is usually smoother due to less tractor trailer traffic in this lane.

If he was going 80, I feel like his dad would have gotten a speeding ticket, not just a ticket for hanging out int he left lane. The fact that he didn't tells me he was tooling along at or under the speed limit in the left. Cop probably was on the road driving and not sitting in a speed trap, or else how would he have known the dad was in the left lane for an extended period?

He was driving at least the speed limit if not 5 miles over. He said he doesn't know how long the cop was there and he is very honest so hes not going to say for sure he never went a mile without passing someone but he did say that he had also passed a few cars within a very short time frame of being pulled over. Which is not a surprise since he was near the busy city. t was a money grab and nothing else. They do that shite all the time in Louisiana and people that have driven down I-10 know it. Its very well known. Last year he had just happened to be driving down I-10 after the TAMU vs LSU game and the cops were out in flocks pulling over Texas people left and right every couple of miles. Its what they do.

I drive down I-10 every now and again in my semi and ever so often I get the urge to run folks like your dad off the road for for making me have to go down a gear because they we're camped out in the passing lane.
And yes Louisiana has an arse load of police in general.

Ask your **** dad what the frick kind if duck fits in the arse of a Texas driver that makes them think the left lane is for them only!
