That is being too kind.
Tie them up in a public place. Have them tied up in a place where the public can pass by and just beat the shite out of them on a daily basis. But don't let them die. Only feed them on a random basis. Just do the most heinous inhumanly things to them. But stop short of killing them. That would be letting them off too easy.

The English had this sort of thing right. Burning at the stake and hang/draw/quartering. Both would work well here.

Whoever did that isn't worth more than a simple slug to the back of the head and a backhoe burial in an unmarked ditch. Simple and permanent, with no undo attention. Kind of like killing a diseased rat.

ththe cloest call i ever had in my life was shooting meth. i had about half a gram left which for me is to muc h for one shot, but not enough for 2 shots i kinda in the middle. but i said frick it and rigged it up and instantly i knew i was in trouble. i got really really hot. REALLLLY hot, i was seeing g blurry, i cut the shower on cold and jumped in it to cool off. that probably saved my life. usually when you take a shot of meth you feel a... you feel a slight burn but it's a good burn if that makes any sense, and it goes away in a few seconds. i just kept getting hotter until i got in the shower.
