Great board and glad to be accepted.

I think "grind" is now more often meant as "tgrind" which was something like "the grind" or "team grind" but is now more equivalent to "troll grind", so the initial impression that "grind" is a troll is probably accurate much of the time.

I assumed "t" added to things had something to do with tOSU and the pretentiousness of saying "THE Ohio State University".
