I hope we keep him.
I hope we turn the season around.

But I won’t be making the trip for the WVU game. Which I had planned on.

Someone will give me tickets at some point in the season and I’ll probably go. It’s another year of the same stuff. You’re welcome to think it’s different.

For everyone asking, I’ve been told he has committed to the staff per a source.

This is what I hate about this loss more than anything. There was as much positive momentum around the program as there has been in a LONG time and that loss pretty much destroyed it.

I’m betting we barely have 50 k there on Saturday

I read somewhere last week from Gabe that Mizzou has a 4* that will replace losing 4* Doyle. Maybe this is the kid he was talking about.

Been making 3 games a year for the last several years. And seeing the same shite prep, the same shite defense, the same shite field tactics, the same shite red zone offense. The only fun part was watching Lock chuck it deep, and sometimes they'd even CATCH it.

No more. I'll set home with the good whiskey, and wait for this outfit to show me something worth my money.

This kid is going to end up filling out a class on a big 12 team.

What do you think SEC teams are going to do to this defense with 195 lb guys as the outside run force? This commitment won't last beyond Oct 15.

I get what 808 is trying to say, and Im not sure hes trying to be as negative as it sounds.

College football players show little to-no loyalty(and so do some schools and coaches too). A commitment means very little nowadays.

Same thing they did the second half of last season when Perkins outrepped Lee.

Oh you mean when Lee logged 15 tackles to Perkins 4 over the last half of the season? The tackles are only a 1/3 of what that position does vs the run.

Lol.

The only team we face that is going to line up and try to run straight at us will be Georgia and Vandy. Everyone else on our schedule on our schedule is running pretty heavy spread concepts. Ole Miss and Arkansas are basically Big 12 teams.

I don’t think our problems against the run on Saturday were because Perkins and Oliver are too small, it was because we gave up to huge runs where both we had a chance to make a tackle right around the LOS and the safeties got totally out of position turning a 10 yard run into a 70 yard one. If they don’t get that corrected then it doesn’t matter if our 3rd LB is 205 or 225

Miller being out is going to be a problem. I just continue to not see it with Bolton and if we do get in situations where we want to go a bit heavier we are going to be playing somebody who hasn’t done it before. I wonder if Nathan would be a good choice. He impressed me in the spring game with his athleticism

Sounds like the 4th LB is Wilkins. He’s 3rd this week with Miller out. A true freshman Nicholson is the next guy according to Odom’s talk yesterday
