Plays like he did as a freshman: No development.

Dude pusses out a lot.

I’m started to realize I didn’t appreciate Frank the Tsnk enough. When healthy he was a damn fine QB. He was done in by too many stupid designed runs into the teeth of the D.

There are some stupid NFL GMs out there, he can only hope.

But no development, he plays like he's still in high school. What has the coaching staff been doing with him?

He is waiting to see WRs get open instead of throwing them open.

He will get drafted but his play can't all be blamed on his receiving corps.

My question is does he have the mental makeup to head a billion dollar franchise. Just seems to have no fire.

That’s it exactly. No angry fire to win. Chase would be pulling his WR corps aside if they had hands as shitty as Locks guys do. Dude never seems to motivate his troops. Not a good look for a senior signal caller.

Short answer, no.

It’s a shame. I was on the Lock hype train but it seems he has lost his confidence. Bad sign for a QB, especially one with NFL aspirations.

He will bounce back against Memphis. And then the rest is unknown.

Lock obviously had a bad game.

But I’m not sure what we expected against Bama with our top two receivers out.

Not having his main guys on the outside clearly bothers him. That only gets so much weight because the great ones make the backups look like they should be starting. He isn't shaking the drops off and he is still putting throws in bad spots. They weren't going to win but his performance did him no favors.

Told y'all so...

The kid just doesn't have it. The good thing is our team will be ok if we have any competency at QB next year.

You are right on NN. A great majority of blame should be placed on the coaching development staff. I just wish I could place my finger on who is responsible for that area of our FB program. Who in the world could that be??? I just don't BO

He has been coached by Huepel and Garrick McGee. Both recruited and groomed Heisman trophy winners. To suggest Odom did a poor job of putting an offensive staff together is grossly incorrect.

Did you know Missouri have a first year coach as the OC? Also he have never been an OC before. Give him time to learn on the job and recruit his guys and get some ideas and experiences as OC. I like what I see but he is not quite get things done yet. Next year shall be even better. I was told Dooley have a very high IQ. So he shall make the offense much better next year. Got to give the coaching staffs time to gell and learn on the job as a group. Does not do any good if Missouri keeps changing OC or any key coach leave and have to start over. Gary Pinkel had his coaching staffs together for a long time and that help build the program. Give Barry Odom 5 years to build his program. If he goes 7-5 or better than you better sup[port him and be positive for next year and get on board with this coach and his staffs.
