The offense is an absolute mess. Prep, playcalling, execution, adjustments...it's all terrible.

Something is also wrong with Bryant. Even before pulling up lame, he couldn't/wouldn't step into a throw the last two games. He has been waiting for the edge WRs to pull the defense away from the LBs so he can make an underneath throw and DCs know it. He has had routes attacking the seam and he refused to make the throws. I have watched multiple WRs give up on their routes because they know the ball isn't going to be coming to them. It's also effecting his value in the zone read game.

Bryant has been awful the last two games and you’re right that it’s likely he has been ailing in some way. He’s held the ball WAY too long on nearly every drop back and the threat of his legs has been non existent.

I bet he wishes he went to Auburn.
This mess is going to kill recruiting

But nobody's talking about why. What happened in 1 week to make them go from first to worst?

I doubt it. He wanted no part of running some combination of dive, bucksweep, and inverted veer 50 times a game.

Agreed. Why Badie hasn't been getting more use is beyond me. Get that guy in space and create conflict.

8 wins as best possible scenario, 5-6 if things went typical barry way.

A few tough losses here and there may injure fan support and recruiting somewhat. But with absolute embarrassment like we've seen, it's gonna be hard to win back rah-rahing in the stands...and luring promising high school athletes just got a helluva lot tougher.

You can bet Sterk is painfully aware of that and Barry will be given concrete expectations for next year - or it's bye bye.

Of course, if we lose out this year (which we damned well could), I'm betting the trigger will be pulled the day of our last game.

If you don’t like GP you might as well give up. It ain’t getting better than that.

Nah, he’s back next year regardless but next year will be his last chance

Before injuring his knee, Bryant's depth adjusted accuracy was 60%, second to Burrow in the conference. In the 3 weeks since the injury it has dropped to 40%.

UGA and UF are going to maul this team.

You guys aren’t losing to Arkansas and I will NEVER guarantee a loss for mizzou against UF. Your team always shows up and mostly wins against UF.

Youre about something being wrong with bryant. Theres no way our receivers are covered as much as he makes it look. He seems afraid of trying to throw a tight pass. Nobody is ever open enough for him. The announcers pointed this out as well. He has no confidence in his throws. As soon as vandy and kentucky figured this out, they pit more focus on stacking the box to stop the run and keep his scrambles in check.

I think this Mizzou team may be a lot like Florida’s 2017 team. They’re not going to show up, IMO.

Quintana is busy drawing up a 10 extension to give Odom right now.

I don’t know what a 10 extension is, but I’m assuming you mean 10 year...so no

And no, we don’t know. These are facts that I don’t know why so many people have a hard time admitting. There is something in the human psyche that allows people to believe they know for certain what will happen when of course they never could. It’s weird.

That being said, you don’t make decisions based on knowing...you make them based on chances of things happening.

Funny how you keep propping up Odom after 3.5 years when it’s clear to everyone but you he’s nothing but an average coach. Yet you’re willing to write off Morris and Campbell with considerably less time at their schools at the drop of a hat.

Now you're just on a woe is me Missouri is just doomed we suck rant.

Perhaps you should just shut the frick up for a while

You went and dug up a post from two years ago???

For fricks sake dude. You really don’t have anything better to do? LOL That is truly pathetic

Funny thing is. Message is still the same. Fire him we are looking at a lengthy rebuild, and that’s only if we get it right. AND you guys will be screaming to fire the next coach his entire tenure...which of course you will.
