No, Curry hasn’t decommited but I do know that Pittman and Davis did an in home with him yesterday and it looks like Henderson too. We had a good shot at him but doesn’t look like it now. Without an o-line coach we are probably in trouble with these guys and St. John.

Glad to see he stopped by and met with Coach Reed Lutheran North too. I hear a lot of good things about him as far as him molding his boys. We need someone that can start a relationship with him. I did notice though that Doyle was nowhere to be found. I am sure he is either A&M or ILL.

Doyle said on Twitter he is announcing Monday and not long after a Trinity Catholic coach posted that Illinois was applying pressure in STL and they were about to get some big time guys and said he can confirm. He is a basketball coach though so not sure, he may be talking basketball but the timing was perfect.

He might be talking about football and especially Jalen St. John and Doyle. Just throwing that out there. The Illini are obsessed with Mizzou and they are feeling good about themselves about making a bowl and Mizzou being on probation and firing their coach.

Good for them. They were 6-6. And it took them year 4, the luckiest TO margin in the country and pulling out two wins where there win expectancy was under 10% in the fourth quarter to get there.
