We’re going to have several transfers. At DB, LB, and OL. Maybe even another WR

I counted about 6 likely candidates.

Possible transfer candidates:
DB C.J. McWilliams
LB Lacedrick Brunson
WR Rick Wells
LB Rayshad Jackson
Who am I missing?

Between Savage getting them boys strong and in game shape, Hevs ability to coach them up, and Mullens ability to scheme around the weaknesses on his offense, I am not worried.
For the first time in 10 years I can honestly say I am not worried about the oline. 10 years dude.
10, 10 frickIN 10!

Im ready to see the QB battle. Im more concerned with that than anything.

I'm not really to worried about QB to be honest and here's why. Mullen got a total of 2819 yards and 31 TD's out of Franks this year.
Now if he does revert back to his old self we still have...
Trask who imo has the highest football IQ and most accurate arm.
Emery who looked good in the limited amount of time we saw him and should have the playbook memorized by next year.
Jalon who will be the best athlete of all them first day on campus.
With those 4 you have the options of this.
Franks - steady solid experience/production
Trask - High football IQ and accurate arm
Emory - Potentially the best runner as of now (who knows the playbook)
Jalon - Best overall athlete of the 4 QBs
Mullen's walking into a goddamned buffet next year.

Ok, concerned is the wrong word... Id say I'm most anxious to see who the guy is going forward next season. Who steps up and takes the job now that most of the guys have a year in the system.

Apparently Clayton was onboard with redshirting this year and should play a decent amount next year. At the very least he adds depth which we’re gonna need on the dline next year. Lenton’s a possibility but I think he stays.

I don't want to disappoint any one here but Mullen has a history of going with the guy with the most experience and easing the new guys along. He done this as an OC at UF, his entire career at Miss St., and this past year at UF.

I agree with this.
The only thing is that I'm not sure Trask will be back next year. What I will say is that Franks still can't just assume the job is his like he did later in the year. Trask is almost like a coach playing QB -- he definitely understands the game, can get the ball out, but doesn't have nearly enough experience because of the lack of on-field chances.
The job is Franks as long as he does three things:
Take. The. Easy. Pass.
Fall forward on runs.
Stay out of controversy.
He's nearly an all-SEC caliber QB if he can just do those things. He's managed to do all three the last few weeks and offensive production has never stepped.
Emory - I think is more dynamic, and I think the offense is definitely more comfortable running with him. You can tell the opposing defense has absolutely no idea what we're going to do when he's in the game because one missed tackle and he's gone.
Jalon - Too young to play immediately, but good God all Quarterbacks, Emory, Franks, Trask, no matter what the year, no matter how well they're doing, they need to watch out for Jalon.
When you have a guy who can throw like he throws and runs like he runs, it's literally only a matter of time before he starts unless the other guys are putting in that work.

This is easily his most stacked QB room, and when Richardson comes in it's a wrap.
JR - Emory Jones
SO - Jalon Jones
FR - Anthony Richardson.
Goodness gracious.

I think the odd man out at Safety/CB could go - probably after Spring.
Kylan Johnson if he's graduated.
Houston, Smith, or Miller at LB. Again, whoever looks to be odd man out.
I would expect 1 OL too and wouldn't be surprised to see a shocker like Slaton.
The truth is that the 2018 and 2019 classes are going to jump a hell of a lot of 2016-2017 players.

Kylan has a lot of snap experience but he was hurt early in the year...don't think he goes, Ventrel Miller is no, he came on at times and rested David Reese. Houston or maybe.
No way no how coaches would let Slaton leave, he is a beast and has been injured also. Most injuries never get out to the media, Slaton will be a true junior and will plug the middle and never get pub for it. He is primed for a really good year along with Kryee Campbell & Conliffe...all three true juniors. I love the trenches.
Everybody owoos & aawws skilled players, trench warfare has to be won though.

Franks should be the starter, Emory will play and will have packages for him....the football will be spread around some Jalon Jones may r/s and he would be frosh when Franks is senior....just as we kept Emory from burning a year so he will be a frosh in 2019.
I think Franks will become even a better runner than this past year...just remember without 3 sacks against meatchicken he would have had 100 yds rushing. But if he is running a bit more...then Emory can keep him rested.
Lets hope Malik Davis, Perine, Pierce can get the OL to run block well and keep us from too many third and longs.
As the run game goes...so goes the passing game. QBs who run and throw put pressure on defenses.

I think Franks’ play over the end of the season kind of cemented the starting roll. As long as he doesn’t really screw something up either on or off the field until then.
I know there will be those that will say CDM will play the best QB, but he lived and died by Franks this season so I don’t see that changing. I do expect to see a lot more of Emory in certain D&D packages kind of like Tebow and Leak in 06.
