Id say fields was the most gifted since stafford but if you are talking starting qb's then I agree. JTD is a legit gunslinger and nfl player. I put that on my momma and my dead homies.

Vs common opponents his passing stats were better than mac jones

Not saying he is better than mac but dismissing his talent is dumb

Missing James Cook, Tre McKitty, Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint all on offense

1st start at CB for both spots
1st start nickel db
1st start for ILB
And Richard Lecounte got on the field for the last snap of the game.

But hey, it was just 1 running back amirite?

Clemsons Dline is going to beat UGAs young inexperienced OL line (big, fat snd slow) like a drum. Cincy’s DL got after JT a lot. Had that perverted child molester looking weirdo running like a scared chicken. And that was before the departures of a few. Couple that with an inexperienced WR core and it’s going to be game set match. But like anything it comes down to the line. Clemson may have one of the best front 7’s in CFB next year. Gonna be fun to watch them own the UGA OL.

All GA needs to do is huddle, send in the call via wr, line up, wait for all the Clemson defenders to look to the sideline for the call and snap as soon as they do. Clemson's d is based to a large degree on reading the opposing teams signals, getting the offensive call to venables, and passing the defensive call in via venables. They are not really reading formation tendencies. Don't give them any visible signals and they collapse like they did against Ohio St. Let them read your signals and you get what happened to bama the other year.

Alternately, you can let them see your signals, and then not do what you signaled in, you just gotta be prepared to change it up dynamically throughout the game

3rd option is to go so fast that there is not time to read your signals, get them to venables, and signal the d call to the team

You do realize UGA will also have one of the best front 7's in CFB next year, right? Gonna be ugly for the techies against both.

Georgia is still trying to return to the Mark Richt era of offensive football. They have been talking about it since Kirby has been there but so far they still look light-years away. Kinda ironic, you know?

Did ya watch the offense in 2015?

Why would we want to return to that?

Without Pickens I don’t see Georgia winning.

Clemson has some freaks again on the defensive line and WR’s everywhere to go along with a Stud QB.

I don't think anybody is going to beat our OLine like a drum. BUT, your point is well taken. Clemson has an extremely talented DLine and our OLine will mostly be playing new positions, so, yes, I do believe the Clemson DLine will get the better of our OLine.

Cincy’s DL got after JT a lot.
There were times Daniel was running for his life, no doubt but as a whole Cincy was kept at bay. I mean, he threw for 392 yards and Cincy had one of the better DLines in the country.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. The reason
everybody was playing out of position was because the starters had opted out, not because they got hurt during the game.

This si what makes the game so intriguing to me. Yes, Clemson does have a great front 7. One of the best in the nation.....but we do, too. And Clemson's Oline has more question marks than ours does.

We also have better and deeper RB's. I don't think either team will be able to run the ball much, and the key will be which team has more success throwing the ball.

Both teams seem to have the same strengths and weaknesses as each other. It will be an very interesting game. What scares me is Clemson's experience in really big games like the playoffs.
