OT for sure:

I went to a game in ‘19 and afterward my Uber driver claimed the Braves were giving out tons of tickets no charge. I hope that’s not the case. This guy knew nothing about baseball and MLB.

Could this have been the weekend of the 2019 Hurricane evacuation? The entire state of Florida and southeast Georgia were in Atlanta and the Braves gave out a certain number of free tickets to evacuees. That was September 2019.

Snit receives a 2 yr.extension w/an option for 2024.

Well deserved.

They’re still not ready to say if soroka is ready to go, but he’s been throwing off the mound since last month.

I know he's young and in great shape, but there's no way I would let him pitch on Opening Day.

No way, he needs to be 100% before coming back, long season.

I saw they’re allowing 1,800 fans for spring training. Curious what the limit will be at Truist.

Touki pitching now. He needs a big spring to rebuild his trade value. Ynoa started today and didn't look bad.

ETA: Nice inning for Touki there. He had command of the fastball, which has always been his bugaboo. I know it's wishful thinking, but I would love to see him start living up to his potential.

I like touki a lot, but it feels like the ship has sailed on him being a rotation piece in Atlanta. I could still see him becoming a solid bullpen option, but it almost seems like a disservice to him to keep holding on at this point

Yeah I agree with both of y’all on him. He just hasn’t ever been able to be consistent. But he’s still young, so there’s still time.

Grant McAuley
@grantmcauley
Freddie Freeman joked about not having the DH in the NL this year: "At least Folty is in the American League now, so we don't have to watch that anymore."

That drew quite a few laughs.

Anyone buying a jersey for this season? I’m thinking the spring training navy with Braves.

I have some Alist friends and they picked up a ton of discounted stuff when they got early access to the fan store, I ended up with an authentic McCann jersey for $25. My wife wants a Freeman jersey, but who doesn’t.

This Ian Anderson overlay is pretty incredible. Zero difference until the ball is halfway to the plate.

Christ! Just absolute filth! That isn't even fair.

Out of the 3(him, Maple Maddux & Fried), he just might end up being the best of the bunch. Which is scary if you think about it b/c the other 2 are damn good in their own right. Fried would be an ace on most this staff if not for Soroka and on most staffs in MLB.

For all you Riley doubters, which there are quite a few(why IDK), he hit 2 HR's today against the Pirates.
