For the 1st time ever a team beat

Kansas
North Carolina
Kentucky

In consecutive games in the NCAA Tournament. How long could this stat last? 50 years 100 years?

The odds of another team facing those three programs in a row are extremely low.

True. Those 3 usually only meet up later in the tournament.

Not likely, since the brackets have to work out also. I’ll just say that as a long term fan, beating those three in succession was a great moment in history for Auburn BB fans.

Shouldn't just be Auburn fans that remember it. It should be considered major cbb history.

a final four at Auburn, considering their history, should put Pearl as one of the GOAT college basketball coaches.

Not gonna lie. Auburn basketball taking down 3 blue bloods in a row was extremely impressive
