It’s funny looking at all these posts made in the middle of this game

When now it looks like a blowout in the box score we obviously have stuff to fix but if you can’t tell the improvement from last year to this year and you still think this coaching staff is just horrible your just being obtuse

Dude, it is an awesome win. Especially being tied, and showing the fire that was definitely needed. But, it was against Colorado State and not Ole Miss even.

So while I celebrate improvement, the staff still has something to show/prove overall.

We need an SEC win to keep momentum for the program, and most definitely the fans for the rant.

if we keep working we could beat Mizzou and Kentucky. that's some upward trajectory at least.

We were miserable on defense in the first half, much better in the second half. Partly because their starting QB got hurt but I'll take it.

We scored a boat load of points, which I am thrilled about, but for the third straight game we showed a potential jet sweep every third or so play... and as near as I can tell we've never actually run the jet sweep. I think DCs are going to stop biting on that unless we pull the trigger a few times.

Regardless it was a game we won in the 4th and that is such a change of pace I had to check and make sure that I wasn't watching a different football team. A good, if not great, win for the Hogs and if we can keep this going against San Jose State we will see what the season brings.

He isn't perfect but I would think this game puts paid to the Hicks vs Starkel debate.

not great. they're a challenge anand we need to improve but possible.

miss state, Mizzou, Kentucky we need to win 2 of 3.

and win the remaining two OOC. to be bowl eligible.

Mississippi State certainly looks beatable at home too. I give us about 10% chance against A&M, but Jimbo has a tendency to shite the bed at odd times and Starkel will be showing out. Auburn is very inconsistent as well. We play LSU close even when we're shitty.

In the past these are for-sure losses, but now we're at the point where we could win games given the right circumstances, breaks going our way, and luck. THAT is an improvement.

My thing is it’s been about 3 years since we did to a lesser program what we’re supposed to do. Which is show up drop 49 or 50 on them win going away and in the victory formation. We finally did what we’re supposed to do. That’s a sign of good things to come

You literally have a thread on the front page that says "FRICK YOU CHAD MORRIS"

If you're like 15, it's cool.

He's going to roast us unfortunately.

This defense with a legit DT experience QB and those receivers?

That's one of the least winnable game IMO.

Like our chances to ruin Auburn or LSUs season over that one.

MSU and UK are def. winnable.

hes been known to make bad decisions if you bring pressure. hes mobile but will extend the play towards 3 d backs.

hes showing out now let's see what he looks like in november

I mean, with the CSU win he's guaranteed himself a 4 win season, which will have some clamoring about the improvement, doubling wins, project up, etc.

Reality is he had 4 guaranteed wins out of conference which he is 2-0 about to be 3-0.

He has 4 winnable conference games (OM, Kentucky, Mizzou, Ms State) which he is 0-1

He has 4 guaranteed losses in Bama, LSU, Auburn, aggy in that order. Aggy and Auburn are the most winnable of the four. Anything better than 0-4 would be considered a good job with this group.

So really when breaking down the schedule, is anything less than a bowl game a "good job" by the coaching staff this season?

It was a tie-game in the 4th, and their starting QB went out with an injury.

It was Colorado State, and it was at home.

It's funny seeing all the sunshine being pumped about a staff that couldn't figure out to start Starkel vs Ole Miss.
