I really like David and proud of his accomplishments but I think he ate the pie from Stephen Kings "Thinner" novel and is shrinking to nothing

You guys keep going on about this and I have no idea why. He looks perfectly healthy. Did you really expect him to continue carrying 270 pounds after he retired, especially after breaking his neck?

Who said anything about him "carrying 270 lbs"?

He could stand to put on 10 lbs

He looks jaundiced and has dark rings under his eyes. 15-20 pounds would be healthy.

He could have some health issues that he is currently dealing with. Either way he is a DGD and deserves recognition.

His play in the end zone against USC should be enough to get him in.

One of the best players we’ve had the privilege of watching put on the Red and Black. His NFL career likely tapered some people’s view of him but everytime he lined up for us he put on a damn show. His first season that he started was one of the best seasons from a DE quite possibly ever and it never gets much recognition for how good he was that year. He was good the next two year as well but his first season was legendary. It wasn’t just the tackles and the sacks. He was in the backfield causing havoc on every team for pretty much 3 years str8. We are happy when we get a guy now that can get pressure a decent amount of the time but Pollack was a one man machine in the backfield. He made that defense he played on dominant and it was so much fun watching him play.

He also did a great job getting the team and the fans fired up.
