No, pretty certain Kentucky ended the 1950 season beating Oklahoma's arse in the Sugar Bowl.
Seasons =/= season. Sorry. Your imaginary championship is null and void, vull and noid, we have the better claim, and I'm petitioning the SEC to revoke that conference championship as well, because you lost to the true champion in your final season game.

Tennessee has zero claim. You didn't even win the conference. STFU already. There's a reason why we went to the Sugar Bowl and y'all got sent to the Cotton Bowl. It is between Kentucky and Oklahoma, whom we beat to end the season. The title is ours, both of you greedy fricker can kick rocks.

Now explain to me how a team that didn't even win it's conference is supposed to be able to claim a national championship but the team who did isn't? That's voodoo buttfrickery.
Because you lost to the true champion of the conference, just because you played 1 extra cupcake than we did doesn't make you Champs.
That's our SEC Title, and I'll remind you of that when we drop yet another 50 Bomb on your candy asses this year

You can whine all you want it doesn't change that Kentucky won the SEC that year. Y'all are almost as bad as Bama trying to claim shite you didn't win.

It's ours. We wouldn't have had a trophy made it it wasn't. We're just that way.

Feel free to put up a banner for most consecutive seasons with a player incarcerated. A true Vols record that may never be broken again.

Cotton Bowl was on Sugar Bowl level back then. It was that way for years until 1995 thereabouts
The Cotton Bowl has been big again since about 2014

It was a major bowl up through the 94 season but got left out of the Bowl Alliance and BCS (Texas was the final SWC champ and they played in the Sugar Bowl).

Most every school has players arrested every offseason, at least the schools that are successful. It s a byproduct of recruiting well.

If you know anything about formats back then, the season was complete before the bowls; hence the national champion being named before the bowls. Therefore, UK ended season on a loss :)

That is such a terrible argument. All schools were under the same rules. Equal playing field.
We also beat you.
We also beat you.

You also can't bash UT for losing to MS state while also giving UK credit for losing to a better team. Because that better team also lost to MS state.

You didn't even win the SEC stfu already

Kentucky is nowhere near close to a claim.
AP/UPI: Tennessee 3 and 4; Kentucky 7 and 7.
Kentucky has SEC title only because of one more game played. Same loss tally as Tennessee.
Tennessee beat Kentucky.
Kentucky fans, get off the train of delusion. Congratulate Tennessee on their rightful claim to a piece of the national title.

Now your argument is Kentucky only won the SEC because.......they won the SEC?
