Who could build a dynasty in the SEC in the current CFB environment?

Alabama already has
Georgia could be on the cusp
Talking heads have always said LSU could with the right coach
Florida sorta did with Spurrier and might have done it again with Meyer if it wasn’t for Saban
It seems like all of the other schools in the conference lack the recruiting base to do it or have competition for recruits in state.
Texas maybe?
