If I were him I'd try to get the OC job in Jacksonville and if Urban doesn't bring him in just sit out a year while collecting the severance money.

Miami should fire Diaz tonight and hire Mullen. Take advantage of the situation and recruiting base he already has in the state. Let him have a chip on his shoulder and prove Florida wrong by turning Miami back into the premier program in the state of Florida.
Florida will fire Napier in 3-4 years too. His offense will never beat UGA and Heupel seems to have Tenn on the right track. Kentucky is evolving for the good, assuming Stoops doesn’t leave for one of these bigger jobs.
