Is there any scenario where we can still make the citrus bowl?

Or is that totally out of the question? I know if A&M loses to LSU then we’d both have 4 losses and the head to head so we’d be above them. Then if Alabama and Georgia go to the cfp that puts ole miss in the sugar. The only question then js would we go to citrus or Kentucky?

We were a failed 2 pt conv. From playing in the sugar bowl FML

Won't happen. Will get screwed by the SEC office as usual.

Nah. If we win Friday I am thinking Music City, Gator, or Outback.

I’d prefer a Florida trip over Nashville.

Outback Bowl used to be a lot better when Torico and Gruden called it. It was also almost always a good game between sec and big 10.

We will hardly travel to either. Not sure why anyone wants Florida.

I would hate to lose this year's momentum with a bowl loss. So, give me a team we can beat. Don't care where it is.

I don't understand the desire to go so far away. If it were about fan travel, Music City, Liberty, or Texas bowls would be it for a lower level bowl.

Man, if we aren't in the Cotton/Peach etc... then I would prefer one of those for fan support.

Now, once we get that good again.. Absolutely!

With the Texas bowl being the 2nd to last normally, doesn’t that allow more time for the players and coaches to meet unofficially?

Got an email tonight as a season ticket holder offering me the chance to buy tickets for the Outback and Gator bowls. They mention it could be other bowls but the overall email was extremely specific to those two.

You just got the bowl survey email? Odd. I got mine a couple weeks ago.

Which did you check?

But, didn't the one a couple of weeks ago have all of the bowls listed? Mine did... even the playoff bowls

this one was much more specific like chesh said....

Sounds like to me Arkansas has accepted an invitation to one of these bowls. That means Kentucky got the Citrus.

The projections that I have seen in either bowls has Arkansas playing Wake Forest, Michigan State or Minnesota.

One I saw that intrigued me was Penn ST vs Arkansas in Nashville.

I was hoping for the Citrus, especially after A&M lost to LSU.

Win-loss aside, our resume is better than Kentucky's. Better CFP ranking, *much* better SoS, better wins, hungrier fan base.

But of course, there's no rhyme or reason or real criteria for this level of bowl selection.
