I apologize in advance for these awful takes:
If Jameson stayed in Ohio, Bill O'Brien wouldn't have made it to mid November.
If Bryce didn't overthrow Jameson on more than half of his wide open deep routes, Jameson would be the Heisman finalist.
SEC defenses making this kid look like the fastest person to ever step on a football field.

While I LOVE what the guy's done for Bama, if he didn't often drop passes that hit him in the hands he might be there too.

Dude has got the quickness - for sure. And he has toned down the taunting. I am sure someone told him I had a problem with that

He does drop at least one crucial pass a game and it's usually one that would have gone for a first down.

OK I will admit he does drop way too many easy 8 yard slants but even still, what a monster.

He does need to get dialed in a bit at times, but don't twist it. Bryce has been asked to do more and has done more than any QB in the Saban era with less talent (in terms of it translating on the field), experience, and fewer playmakers around him. He certainly isn't getting much help from the D.
Kind of amazing watching him put the game on his back at times.

Oh absolutely. I'll take a drop or two for that mach 2 speed!

Puts in perspective what Stroud must have to throw 2 if Jameson felt he needed to move on. Or, how much they are regretting letting a 3 headed monster not come to be.
I can't believe the Buckeyes let him go. He is crazy good.

He has Road-Runner speed, but THE drops where he lets the ball into his body and not catch with hands bugs me. This way he blocks down field... annoys the snot outta me. all that said, he has made big plays all year, so happy he made the jump to T-Town

did OSU not develop him or was he "uncoachable" or did he not put in the work at OSU?
I dont know the answer but I am glad he went into the portal and glad he is a Tide

It isn't any of those things in my opinion. I think he was very well liked by his teammates and coaches at OSU. They are usually cheering him on social media when he has a big game at Bama. I think once Olave came back he decided that he would have a better chance to shine elsewhere, cause their wide receiver room was crowded before Olave decided to return. OSU is going to have 3 thousand yard receivers by the end of the year probably and their leading receiver might be Jaxon Smith-Njiba over Wilson and Olave. He probably figured because of his speed he was more likely to be featured here and thankfully for all of us he was right.

Jameson is probably headed to the league after this season. He's definitely earned himself a lot of money.
Let that be a lesson for any other big time receivers who are thinking of making a transfer. Alabama is WRU.

Dude... Bryce is the front runner for the Heisman, and EASILY the most important player on this offense. I can absolutely promise you Jamo has dropped more passes than Bryce has thrown over his head. This is a three possibly four loss team without Bryce Young. Bama loses to Arkansas without Bryce Young last night. Arkansas

OSU's 3rd best receiver, Jaxon Smith Njiba (sp) caught 15 passes for 240 yards about 3 weeks ago. Likely that all 3 receivers will surpass 1,000 yards this year. From what his teammates say apparently Olave is in Jameson's class in terms of speed although Jameson does look like a blur every time he gets moving.
Very happy for Jameson and happy OSU receivers are having such a good year. There are 2 No. 1 rated receivers behind the top 3. Julian Fleming and Ememe Embuka (sp). Also, Marvin Harrison Jr. looks extremely fast and quick. Brian Hartline (former OSU and NFL receiver is killing it in recruiting and coaching up the players.
