They almost lost to a bad bad Colorado team …. Damn near had 4 losses instead of 2 and somehow beat Bama scoring less than 3 tds …. This committee must get fricking high before picking the teams .

They seem pretty on point to me keeping 9-0 OU at 8th.

How did yall pull out that win against the mighty Kansas Jayhawks on the road? I mean those dudes are incredible and they were running it up your arse all game long, giving you all you wanted and then some.

Just incredible that you were able to pull that one out.

And how did you beat the mighty 4-5 Texas Longhorns? I know it took a comeback of a lifetime after they pushed your shite in for the first 30 minutes but man that Texas team is so good.

The Committee at least considers who are the better teams right now as opposed to how a team was playing a couple months ago. While OU has needed help from the officials to get by Kansas A&M beat Bama and Auburn.

How about you work on a post talking about how tough Baylor is or something?

Lincoln Riley is on a plane to Baton Rouge and the Sooners are worried about Texas A&M's ranking.

The committee leaves a lot to be desired.

Several Big 12 teams would stomp a mudhole in A&M and walk it dry.

This very topic was covered in the ESPN+ extra coverage with CFP committee.

aTm season footage was reviewed immediately after the OU tapes. The bias it created gave them what was called the "Sooner" boost.

Does an OU fan really want to talk about almost losses to “bad bad” teams?

Week to week trajectory. OU has looked incredibly vulnerable against some of the dregs of the Big 12 while A&M has notched much more quality wins against better teams. Think about your wins so far

1) Escape by the skin of your teeth against a 1-8 Tulane squad who has been savaged by every other program

2) Barely escape a 3-7 Nebraska squad

3) Barely escape a 4-5 West Virginia squad

4) Barely beat a mediocre K-State squad

5) Require an epic comeback to avoid losing to one of the
worst Texas squads since Charlie Strong

and you losing late in the 3rd quarter to Kansas and giving up big yards in the process was not a good look.

OU looks, smells, and acts like a Central Florida style pretender and voters act accordingly.

An excerpt from the CFP ranking guide:

Section 103.1(a)
Extra Credit for Ranking Purposes (in order of importance)

1. Sweep series from state of Alabama
...
...
104. Sweep series from state of Kansas

Don’t worry about Ags ranking. Definitely not going to affect OU coming out of the Bsoft and getting your shite pushed in by an SEC team once again. Heisman hopeful or not at QB… result will be exactly the same.

When you get to SEC the embarrassing CFP losses won’t happen anymore. Just not for the reasons you might think.

Oh.. and frick off.

They beat bama and the CFP Committee takes everything bama related into consideration. Especially when an unranked aggie team does it.
