If you're going for a peanut butter based blizzard you're just fricking up not going for a Reese Cup blizzard.
So in that spirit I say Oreo, although at that point you may as well just get some cookies in cream at your local grocery.

Given only these two options, you have to give it to oreo. It is the OG candy and ice cream combo.
