Congrats on the win. Jimbo has you guys playing at a high level. What a physical battle. Mad respect for Calzada. He took a vicious hit to that shoulder and nutted it up to come back in. Got nothing but respect foe him. Kid is a warrior. There will be a lot guys in the hot tub today. That was a heavyweight fight.
I said at halftime that in a close physical game like this the game would come down to a key turnover and that’s what happened. Bo shite the bed at a critical moment and kept us from having a chance to stay in the game. A lot had to do with how well your defense played. I hope y’all get to Atlanta.

The Aggies are a force to be reckoned with. I was very impressed with their level of physicality. That defense was bringing the pain.

Game was in the balance late for sure. It was a very good game because the effort by both teams was there throughout the game. The play of the game for me was the forced fumble on the Achane tackle. What a play.
The non hit fumble by Nix was very costly. I like Auburn and Harsin going forward. Well coached. Clearly an SEC level coach despite bs from peanut gallery in Tuscaloosa. Good luck the rest of the way.

This is legit. I have to admit that Auburn is a more physical team than I expected them to be this season based on recent Boise teams. I think y’all win your big rivalry game this year without a crazy kick six.

I was impressed with Auburn's DBs. Super tight coverage and only gave up 1 long pass...which was an absolute dime. Also, Bigsby runs like a dude twice his size. I'm just glad we got Derp Bo instead of Good Bo.

Classy post. Good game Auburn. Yeah, it was a tough, physical, clean game. Auburn is talented and A&M had to toughen up in order to win. Nix is a good player but was just thrown off his game. Harsin looks like a solid coach for y’all.

Honestly reminded me of some of those early 2000’s slobberknocker Auburn LSU games. If memory serves, Jimbo would have been on those Saban staffs. He knows what it takes to win SEC slug fests. That’s a tough-minded team you have.

That Aggie defense is no joke, I’m not sure anyone in the country other than Georgia has a better defense.

Really well coached too. They were very physical but Elko also dialed up some things we had not seen. I thought he called an excellent game.

With the way TA&M was playing on defense, there was no chance of recovery after the fumble scoop and score.
The final score also hides how well AU's defense played.

When the walk on second string QB came in, and A&M was still able to run the ball deep from their end zone, that was key as well. I thought we had a chance to rattle him, but their Oline stepped up and that sealed the deal.

Yes and on those plays they gashed us. We missed some fits at the wrong time and A&M called the right play. We loaded the box and Fisher knew we’d come hard. Great play call
