We'll see. I think they are buying time to justify (maybe partially create) a fire with cause scenario if one hasn't already been closely established, which significantly reduced the buyout and saved a further bad press in a settlement

You can't go .500 AND be a tire fire in your personal life. There's an article out today about O hitting on a married pregnant woman at a gas station who turned out to be a boosters wife.
