Man, that looks like a place your soul goes to die.

I think these are what the gays refer to as bath houses.

The giant ring Wtf is wrong with you people. I would much rather the crack houses right off of LSU's campus

Lots of nice looking plantation houses there in Arkansas and Mississippi. The tenants must be big into agriculture.

No way this thread is a real thing. Pretty telling how they feel about Saturday.
I will give them this. The drive up to Walmartville is fantastic particularly if you look passed all of the sister fricking meth shacks that litter that part of the country.

Are you guys really comparing the aesthetic look of neighborhoods and campuses on a football forum? If so, that's pretty fricking gay.

City of College Station was established in 1938, so it is pretty hard to have old neighborhoods. However the City of Bryan (next door) dates back to the 1860's.
Yes, College Station only had 2K people going into WWII so the "old" part of town isn't very old. Another campus like that is Clemson. Literally, there was no town at Clemson in 1940. Just the campus. The listed population of Clemson in 1940 was 761 people.

Indeed.
These Arky "football fans" sound like they watch Home Town and Fixer Upper marathons on fall Saturdays.

If I'm looking for a picturesque place to live, yeah, I'll be looking in NW Ark before anywhere in Texas.
But if I want to watch a football team beat Arkansas's arse for the 10th year in a row, Texas A&M is your huckleberry.

"Because college station looked like Siberia until they decided to plant some trees 15 years ago"
Something something Century trees something something something
Laugh/cry.
You obviously know nothing about campus

Bear Bryant's wife cried when she saw College Station for the first time. Not even making that up

I understand why someone from Tuscaloosa would expect nothing to change in a town over 67 years.
