College Station is truly an unremarkable town in the middle of a largely unremarkable state

I sold my house in the Mission Ranch neighborhood of College Station earlier this year. Its just one of numerous neighborhoods in in College Station that are very nice.
The new stuff they're developing around campus is not going to have huge trees around them because it takes years and years to grow/establish
But don't let the facts get in the way
