As I type this, Mizzou is in a dogfight with Central Michigan and MSU is down by a TD to Louisiana Tech.
We were arse today in too many ways to count, but its good to see we weren’t the only SEC team to catch a case of the suck.

Oklahoma won a close shootout with Tulane. Or as ESPN put it, they “dominated.”
Not to mention that Oregon won a close one with Fresno State.

Week one is always full of games like this. Shaking off rust. I figured we would get it together after half but those Morris years are hard to shake off

If Franks was starting then this game would be over at the half. I was at the game and the talent advantage Arkansas has over Rice was big but the inaccuracy of Jefferson, dumb penalties, terrible calls by the refs, blocked punt, interception, turnover on downs kept Rice in the game.

Penalties were the worst. Can’t spot anyone in the SEC 100 plus yards and expect to win. Hate the targeting calls but it is what it is at this point. Thank god they didn’t call one on Catalon when he smoked someone heading out of bounds.

I couldn’t get over how undisciplined we were. I can get over piss poor play and coming out flat in week 1, but we were shooting ourselves in the dick over and over again with the penalties.

He would have found a way to lose this game as he had his usual QB shuffle. Matt Jones ain't walking through that door.
