Will Levis will start. Joey Gatewood will enter the portal. Beau Allen will be QB2.
This will allow Levis to get 1st team reps for the rest of camp. Coaches say the decision was clear. This is a departure from past years where a starter was not named until game week.

I know Gatewood was hurt by this but he would be only one snap away from being the man. Seems like a starting QB gets knocked out every year.
Won't he lose a year if he transfers? This is his second time.
