With the addition of these new Western outposts the SEC has officially become the "All BBQ Conference".
Pork States
South Carolina
Georgia
Alabama
Mississippi
Tennessee
Missouri
Arky
Mutton State
Kentucky
Beef States
Texas
Okie
Louisiana
A lot of smoke pork product. Sausage, chaudin, and other bits. Not traditional pork shoulder or ribs though.
Bonus Smoked Fish - Florida and to a lesser extent Mississippi and Alabama all have smoked mullet. Also, smoked Wahoo and Tuna can be had.

There is zero doubt that the SEC is now the absolute Kings of Food Conference.
We have absorbed Kansas City BBQ and all of Texas cuisine (brisket, Mexican, Tex-Mex) to go along with Southern food and Louisiana food.
We are the champs.

SC mustard highly underrated outside of SC.

Absolutely! There is no better food or tailgating scene than in the SEC.

And people wonder why some SEC fans are so damn fat. We know how to eat!

Best sauce for pulled pork by a mile as far as I'm concerned.

It's okay.. I only ever really get it when I go to Maurice's and get a sandwich. If I go to an actual BBQ buffet locally I'm getting vinegar based sauce every time.

One of my favorites.
Hard to have bad bbq. But I’ve got a top 10 list in the Carolinas and he’s number one.

I like it all. Regional BBQ should be cherished not disputed. I have preferences but wherever I go I want to eat what the locals do well.

When you say that with the addition:
We already had atm though. So we have already been bbq champs by a mile.
Does ou add anything to that?

It's organic. Cooking game is what separates the men from the boys.

True. I guess it further emboldens our claim for supreme position of smoked meats and other culinary arts.
