The either weren’t really vaccinated, the test are bad, or something, ( or we are all screwed if the vaccine is that ineffective )

Been saying the same thing. They can’t have it both ways which tells you something is rotten in Denmark.

You can still catch the flu with the flu shot. I don’t think this vaccine is comparable to say a chicken pox or measles shot that pretty much give you full immunity.

The tests are very inaccurate. I had covid in 2020 and still pop positive on rapid tests. No way I've had it for a year

UNC fans. Or Stanford fans if they had won on Wednesday.

Or everyone could stop freaking out and simply take Ivermectin or Hydroxychloriquine early when they get covid.

The vaccine does not prevent you from getting the virus. It just makes the virus not as bad if you catch it. Supposedly. I don’t trust any of this shite anymore.

It's the Delta variant being six times more infectious than type A in the vaccinated population. Those bawz probably didnt even have symptoms though.

Think NC players are still there or home by now?

I’d be so pissed butnwould want to be in the stadium just to prove a point.

So it effectively does nothing for healthy college students considering this virus is already nothing but the sniffles for that age group.

None of this shite makes any sense. Idiocracy at its finest. Recommendations change all the time. It’s starting to sound more and more like bull shite to me

I don’t want to place blame on NC State, but it would be interesting to know if the team all followed special procedures, or if there were restrictions for unvaccinated and no restrictions for vaccinated. Bc in theory, even vaccinated players could have caught it thinking they “cannot” and brought it back, sucks for them

Yes.
Although some data just showed that vaccinated are 3x more likely to die if they get the delta variant compared to unvaccinated.
But whatever. Let's just keep jamming crap in our bodies.

Exactly, which is why the consensus that seems to be permeating around places like the college baseball subreddit are insane to me. Immediately placing blame on the unvaccinated players despite not knowing who caught the virus in the first place. It's actual tribal mob mentality.

I said it in another post. Follow the money and you'll find NCAA corruption, plain and simple.

The vaccine is so good that if two people get tested at the same time, with one being vaccinated and one unvaccinated, the test results are based on your vaccination status, not the actual results of the tests!!!!

Two people with the exact same results would be told different things. Person A, you have Covid, Person B, you do not.

It’s science.

I don’t want to turn this away from sports, but I’m traditionalist with vaccines, I trust ones made with dead viruses not some lab experiment, but such is life nowadays, trade off between something effective vs efficient
