Pretty big from a recruiting standpoint the next couple of years to say we will give you X in NIL but then we are also playing in this MTE which increases it that much more.

I thought this tourney was supposed to be a big deal, that field is underwhelming. And how do you have two teams from the same conference in the tourney..

I feel like duke wins it all

That’s year 1. We are locked in for 3 years and the 2nd and 3rd ones will be 16 teams

My too early prediction is Kansas.

Flagg is gonna be fun to watch.

Mine is Alabama. They look pretty loaded for this upcoming season.

Gotta get into that top 40ish range in defensive efficiency. Every champion since like 2000 was top 40 on both ends of the court
Thankfully Cliff was crafted by the Gods to anchor Oats’ defense. I also love how old our starting lineup is about to be. Sears, Wrightsell, Nelson, Youngblood, and Cliff are all at least seniors

You're just picking the name pio.
Duke will meander for a while with the loss of K.

Then Ku better make some major improvements over last season.

I don't think Pio picking off of name rec. Duke has a loaded class coming and most people who see Cooper Flagg say he is legit, top 3 NBA pick type.

Loaded freshman classes haven't won many championships if any. Kentucky is a prime example. Got to have some veterans in this transfer portal era. I'm not going to say Duke can't win the championship but I will say that it's not likely.

They have 2 returning starters and 2 veteran transfers coming in. They aren't an unreasonable pick.

Yeah, it's sort of crazy how veteran-heavy this team suddenly looks.

I think Arkansas is gonna be really good this year. I think we are gonna see a rejuvenated Cal. He got fat and Happy at Kentucky. I think they will be our biggest competition for the SEC title

Don't get Pio too excited

Not a fan of these Bham (home) games not in the season ticket package.
Play the games in Tuscaloosa.

Arizona and Illinois in Bham this year.
I get why we do it. Students aren’t on Campus so we are moving the game to the center of the fanbase
