Alabama was 11-25 FT.
That's the worst FT performance by a team to attempt at least 25 free throws in the NCAA Tournament since Kansas was 12-30 in the 2003 National Championship game against Syracuse.

It's pretty bad. I'd hate to be Oats tonight. Draw up a winning gameplan and your players just miss their free throws.

Terrible all around, but especially bad when coach draws up the game winning play and the senior leader bricks both free throws with the nerves of a 7th grader asking a girl to the dance. We just flat out didn't play winning basketball tonight. And seeing the team collapse under pressure showed me we likely were not winning a close game against a 1 seed anyways.

tonight's game reminded me of Mizzou vs OU in 2002. Mizzou was 20 of 34...cost us the FF.
