Yeah, all Auburn and bass fishing jokes aside. These kids don't deserve this and I hope some of them win some money in the pro circuit, now.

I have heard they have already acquired an attorney. That is the new world we live in.

What percentage of COVID policies have actually helped, you know, accomplish anything resembling curtailing the spread of this virus?

The vast majority of them have seemed good for nothing but optics on social spheres like Twitter. This is a pointless and overly harsh punishment, but it’s pretty on brand for the post-2019 world

Auburn University Bass Fishing Club has been suspended until December 31, 2021.

That 9 month death penalty. Hopefully that's my death sentence too.

If you educated yourself, you would know that the “death penalty” is anytime a team has to go one season or more without games.

Was this handed down by the NCAA or was it a self imposed suspension by Auburn?

Auburn is one of the most storied college fishing programs in the sport's history and has produced renowned anglers such as Jordan Lee, Matt Lee, Shaye Baker, Shane Powell and several others

Which one of these is LanierSpots?

As the esteemed Gordon Gecko once said, a fool and his money are lucky enough to get together in the first place. They'll have zero chance of winning a lawsuit if the students knowingly violated university policy.

A policy that is knowingly violated by the rest of the campus ? I think they have a good chance based on those facts. The University cancelled Spring Break, but gave students "wellness days". They ignore the fact that AU is a little over 3 hours drive to the beach where 100K of Spring Breakers are partying every weekend.

Somebody needs to make a pile of quick cash selling half the campus iron fist type fight the power, anarchy themed AU fishing team shirts..

With a big black bar sinister stamped over the AU.
