I’ll just say this, and I know Ole Miss fans hate Steve Robertson who said Ole Miss and Hugh Freeze were in bigtime trouble with the Ncaa back when Ole Miss fans were saying “Nothing to see here” etc etc,

But he is on record saying now LSU is going to get hammered according to his sources and that it’s why the Ncaa combined both programs together. Will be interesting but he says it’s going to be bad, including lawyers for women that the school covered up.

Honestly the board insiders for LSU suggest the basketball team will likely come out with little to no damage, while the football program could be in deep shite over the rape scandal.

Considering what wade’s lawyers sent to the ncaa they don’t seem to have shite minus the recording. On the other hand the football team has a lot of rot between the Funes payment to Vadal (though it happened many years ago) and covering up the Guicr allegations

ETA: as far as the OP...we’ll see. I think Oats is a really nice pickup for Alabama, but Wade has done a lot of great things for LSU too. Had it not been for the media sacrificing LSU over the blue bloods during the scandal coverage, you’re looking at LSU being even more talented than this season. Congrats on the win but the people here that hate Wade just base it off of spite. Wade inherited a completed dumpster fire and has us consistently in the race when the conference is the deepest it’s probably ever been

Not gonna save anyone but thanks.

The NCAA packaged them together ( which is not normal) for a reason. Lack of institutional control yes) But it’s far worse. Yes, Big violations in basketball and football. As I mentioned before, sexual abuse coverups are a big deal and all of it together is lack of institutional control on TOP of the lawyers for these women (And I hear they are big time attorneys) are going to see the Ncaa put the hammer down. As I heard “a culture of coverups and looking the other way.”

Time will tell but I am 100% that it’s going to be very bad.

I would take Oats over Wade, but blaming Wade when Bama is hitting 50%+ on 3s and setting conference records isn’t exactly fair.

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, you have been presented with no evidence of my client's guilt outside of recordings that show him committing the crime!

It's also not completely unfair. Their helping philosophy on defense is one reason Bama was open and hit so many threes. Yeah, they shot well, but LSU's defense didn't do much to make it difficult.

Got to hand it to the Bama AD. Looks like he has some game- too bad loser Joe Alleva could not do the same for us.

How large of a margin of victory do we need before he's better? 50?
