So far Trob, Kyle Kranz and the strength and conditioning staff have all been let go.
Mike P is thought to be retained.
Craig Fitzgerald and Aaron Feld are named being floated for Paul Jackson's replacement

Pretty sure Shaw will not be going anywhere...whether he's on/off field, I think that'll depend on what he wants to do.

Imo best case, you keep bobo and his run game concepts, add Garrett riley and the air raid passing game/qb run game. Let bobo call plays. Banner said he wanted his coordinators to have track record, riley doesn't

I know there's been a much of a mixed bag on bobo as there was on beamer. Thing is, if you're hiring beamer, part of the reason is to tap into Lincolns offense. There hasn't, to my recollection, been a seasoned play caller with ties to that scheme. Someone not named riley has to call plays.

Fitz is the one coach from the good old days that I've always wanted back. Our players were absolute skull crushers with NFL readiness when he was here.
If Beamer can get Fitz back, I'll feel much better about the hire.

Have to keep Shaw or Bobo to maintain the connection to Gunner Stockton. I doubt Shaw is going anywhere.

I don't see how you keep a UGA legend OC who uses a FB when you're rebranding to the good ole days of Carolina with a fresh new spin. Bobo needs to go, and if we're going to take a chance on Beamer at all, why not Riley as well? See if we can get Mason or Strong at DC, get the experience on the side of the ball that is supposedly going away, not the side that needs innovation.

Do you remember Patrick Demarco? Our best years included a FB and some damn good TE's with atleast 1 if not 2 big bodied receivers.

Times have changed drastically since that time. FBs are rarely used in any more.

So a couple of things on this: #1 DiMarco was more of an hback for us who would at times line up as a fb. Prentice did that as well but has to do that at a higher clip this year due to not having anyone to throw too.
#2 Lincoln riley has taken the air raid and added a power run game to include utilizing.... you guessed it...hbacks. are we going to line up in a much I form as we did this year? No prob not. But I would argue that we wouldn't have lined up in as much as we did if we had received not named shi that were worth a damn
