... When everyone knows Ole Miss v. AU and LSU v. Scar will be much closer games.
Are national audiences really going to sit through a 4+TD blowout by the 3rd qtr?
Gotta get Gary his weekly dose of Bama licking I guess

Will they be favored by less this SEC season?
Other than championship game and the undefeated Razorbacks I mean.

I’d estimate they’ll be favored by ~28.5 against a 2-6 Auburn squad at home.

The animosity gauge is up the roof.

Because people tune in to watch Bama

I'm surprised at the number of people who don't understand how CBS works. We've had this contract for something like 15 years now.

Hoping for a 2015 or 2009 type of game (both UA NC years) or a highlight reel film to add to Heisman, Maxwell, Biletnikoff, and Doak Walker campaigns of Bama players.
Plus, JP sideline blowups are classic television.

Any of the other games would be closer to show.

Apparently the billion dollar industry determined it was in fact more attractive of a match up than watching your slaw arse team

I don’t think they do. The country has had Bama fatigue for a while.

That’s possible.

Your opinion is irrelevant. There are tangible ratings numbers that prove it

Bama is a national draw with a high ranking who played in the highest profile game of the year last weekend. The other two teams are less of a draw and are unranked. Therefore, more viewers will likely tune into a Bama blowout over a close LSU/South Carolina or Auburn/Ole Miss game under the circumstances. Money in other words.

No intriguing matchups this week.

I enjoy watching that moron, Pruitt. Who is Germ going to fire during today's game?
