Why he didn’t have his lawyer respond to USA Today request for his version on the quote - before the story was published, I’m not sure. If that was a lawyer’s suggestion I would hope he has a new lawyer.

Yeah, one thing we know about lawyers is that they're constantly telling their clients to speak to the media.

Shut up you are encouraging AU & Bama trolls. Their obsession with CEO & NFLSU tells us all we need to know. They have officially shite the bed. Yes, a former LSU player may have done some really bad shite. If he did the crime then it is law enforcements responsibly to see that he does the time.

The Bama & AU trolls have shown all their cards. They fear LSU (hereinafter “daddy”) and CEO like no other... CEO and daddy did not cover up allegations of sexual battery to protect a player (even a star RB or QB). Keep running... The risk/reward factors for the university heavily favor doing the right thing... LSU can’t punish a player for criminal acts it has no knowledge of...

seems like there no middle ground between "he knew everything" and "it's all a hoax". Could just be that O wasn't involved while something bad did happen he was unaware of.

People prefer white/black answers. Not shades of grey. Which is a problem because most things are a bit grey. My guess, and it is just a guess at this point, is that whatever happened Coach O either knew very little about it or didn't know at all.

interesting, so do you do this same extrapolation with LSU fans when they do the same with AU and Bama?

My guess and its not really a guess as a matter of fact, is you dont...

Amazing how many of you think it's some sort of "gotcha" statevent or insult to say that Orgeron didn't write a public statement addressing a story involving alleged rape of a coed. Of course he didn't, only an absolute idiot wouldn't get help from his PR department and/or lawyers.

"Alleged" incidents.

Classic deflection though.

So if they turn out to be true, your jokes are in good taste because “they could have been lying”?

I mean Guice was kicked out of the NFL over all of this, but keep on believing these girls are just lying so you have an excuse to keep making trashy jokes.

.

Actually it had more to do with beating his pregnant girlfriend.

But by all means, continue to deflect from your history of constantly insulting any poster here who you don't agree with.

Its clear its a method you use to make yourself feel superior and to mask your personal insecurities.

Seek help, man.

There aren’t any criminal allegations against O.

PR people tend to want to get ahead of stories.

Honestly the part of the whole article that sounded the most fishy was the part about O.

Its actually very concerning.

I believe there are some underlying issues.

You are right. The "Gotcha" is that he had to have the PR department and/or lawyers read it to him. And I am joking so don't post his high school and college transcripts.
