The Joe Moorhead hire will not age well.
Muschamp doesn’t belong anywhere near this list. He has 2 less wins thru his first 4 years than Spurrier did. Spurrier also left the program in a bleak state. Granted WM is on the hot seat, but they could have done way worse.

Botch Jones....So smart he had Kamara standing on the sidelines a large percentage of the time.

I wouldn't put Mike Shula on that list. He was brought in as an emergency hire after the Mike Price fiasco. He was literally the only person we could have gotten given the circumstances and timing of Price's termination. And while we were never good under Shula, we certainly weren't terrible. He was a mediocre coach with a winning percentage just above .500. He also was severely handicapped in recruiting by the sanctions imposed on our program in the aftermath of the Albert Means scandal. We had shitty depth all four years he was at Alabama and it showed as a lot of the games we lost during his tenure were lost in the fourth quarter.

You’re an idiot. It was a compliment

Matt Luke was absolutely horrendous but Chad Morris is the worst

quote:Dude busted his arse though at Ole Miss. Everyone that was around the program at the time said he is incredibly smart about the game and nobody comes close to his work ethic. It consumes him. His problem at Ole Miss was he tried to do literally everything himself and he had the team doing full contact practices the night before games.

I think he just needed one more year to get 3 wins and really get the ball rolling. Probably a bowl appearance in year 7.

The SEC Rant told me LSU hiring Ed O was one of the worst hires of all time

I still wonder the trajectory had Grier not gotten suspended in 2015. That being said, Nuss was a dog shite OC regardless of QB
