I love when people create imaginary situations in their heads and then get angry about it.
How is it an imaginary situation? Is it that much of a stretch to think that CFB will be far behind the NFL?
You don't seem particularly bright.

You do realize the National anthem wasn’t written for African Americans. “ the land of the free” AA were slaves, weren’t free. The song was written by a slave owner! Lift EVERY voice

I don't recall this on Stankonia or ATLiens. Maybe I missed it between Fish n Grits and Wheels of Steel.
The SEC delegation rejects the proposal by the NFL. The SEC delegation will consult and make their own reccomendation.

Personally I would recommend Player's Ball. But, I'm old and like the classics.

Is kneeling a form of disrespect?
Do people who kneel when they pray actually mean to be telling God off?
Not the point! Drew Brees were ask to kneel and he rejected it and some teammates would not protect him and/or sit out. That is how far Blacks are doing! Forcing to follow their way(s).

So where, when, and how?
When they aren't at work. I don't care about kneeling but employers have a right to say yay or nay. What are they going to do if other players want to bring attention to whatever cause they believe in?
Most employers don't allow this stuff at work.

I’ll stop watching college football. I’ve already said FNFL!!!!!

They're not at work yet. I haven't seen Anthem Standing as a statistic on any sports site in the world. Regardless, when the hell else are you going to see them except on Sundays? A protest isn't effective when it's out of sight and out of mind.

Are all social issues on the table or is it just limited to this one?
Because there are always issues to protest.

Valid question because we all know that Black Tranny Covid Positive Lives Matter, right?

Don't know but it may be the time I stop attending games
Why?
Truth is, that most idiots don't know is that according to proper etiquette, when the Colors are presented at a CIVILIAN EVENT (aka CFB game), the National Anthem isn't necessary, the Colors can be presented to the Song, "America the Beautiful"
If you go back to many sporting events in the 40s thru 60s America the Beautiful was played when the Flag was raised
The only time the National Anthem must be played is when the Colors are presented at a Military Event or on a Military Installation
As to playing the Negro National Anthem, that's what Blacks call it even though the word Negro is "dated" and rarely used anymore
As long as another Anthem recognizing another Group is played 1st and America the Beautiful is played last when the Colors are raised then everything is fine
Do you feel the same way about an NHL Game where the Canadian Anthem is played before the Natl Anthem when we play Teams from Canada, same for the NBA with the Raptors?
You never thought about it when done at Hockey Games, but the recent Flag & a-hole confederate statues brouhaha has you all up ya feelings and pissed off and this your way to "protest them colored Athletes getting too uppity" for their place in your white world?
Y'all good ol' baws gotta learn to NOT hit submit, you're letting folks know the real you with each post

It would be the Kaepernick situation, but reversed. Both sides hypocrisy would be exposed after the outrage
With all the crap that Blacks have had dished in their direction by whites since 1619 , slavery, jim crow laws, violent lynchings, bombing churches killing little girls, and the list goes on, kneeling for the Black Natl Anthem wouldn't bother Blacks one bit, they might tease you for criticizing Kaep, then turning around and copying his methods
You'd never hear the end of that, wanna put Blacks at bay, learn the words and sing the song better than they do
That'll really throw them off guard

There’s no reason to play the national anthem before a football game.
Unfortunately, this is the answer. The point of the anthem was a universal pride moment. If we aren't going to have that, then just play the fricking game.

Lift Every Voice & Sing - Black National Anthem - formerly known as the Negro National Anthem
Better Version
Just like the Natl Anthem at events people usually sing just the 1st page, maybe the 2nd, but never all 3, that song is long as hell

But according to the NCAA they're Amateurs, who cares what they do, it's all just for fun & sportsmanship
