Let's try this again.
Boz and I have decided to be much stricter in the moderation of this thread. So, any derailing will be deleted.

Thank you so much. The other was getting very tedious.
I don't really care what the various political hacks think but I do care about what is going on with this deadly disease.

Maybe you should just tell us want you want us to say, or maybe you and Boz can have a conversation and we will just watch. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/icons/shrug.gif)

So the ADPH dashboard updated their 5/14 numbers sometime last night, and 5/14 is now the highest daily confirmed cases in the state. Perhaps that will be an outlier, but not a great sign in light of the restrictions being lifted this week. Not saying there is correlation there, but rather that that decision was possibly a bit premature, or too liberal. That of course remains to be seen.
The seven day average has flatlined over the last week or so, so hopefully that means we're at the peak.

I was OP of the other thread and pretty much quit reading it, and stopped updating the OP, because it had become all politics, conspiracies, etc. Plus, I got to the point that I couldn’t focus on coronavirus as much anymore, just got tired of it.

Not sure if this is considered political, I find it really interesting. If it is political feel free to delete it or ask me to do so.
Check Fauci's Wikipedia page. He is not an epidemiologist.
"Fauci then attended medical school at Cornell University Medical College where he graduated first in his class with a Doctor of Medicine in 1966. He completed an internship & residency in internal medicine at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center." Not an epidemiologist.
I find it incredible that he was just promoted to a position in which he is advising the nation on such critical matters.

I know it’s gonna happen everywhere but I’ve lost a lot of respect for my school. They have no intention of having actual classes for more than a week or 2
