Would they lose a game or 2, or go undefeated and make the playoffs?

I think they lose to Bama with a healthy Tua and maybe slip up against one of the other teams. We all know that LSU smashed them.

I think Clemson would have finished 3rd or 4th depending on who's schedule they had.

LSU
Bama
Clemson
Uga
UF
Aub

I see 2 losses if Clemson played LSU's schedule including SEC title game.

Clemson was a decent team but could've easily lost to UNC and probably should've lost to Ohio State.

IMHO, there is no way that Bamasoft defense could have stopped Clemson. And they would have beat Georgia as well. So second place.

Clemson didnt put 30 on a top 50 scoring defense in like 4 tries so I'd bet on Bama.

Clemson doesn't make the playoffs if they're in the SEC or Big 10, honestly. They scooted in playing a softarse ACC schedule that at least 4-5 SEC teams would have been undefeated with.

Why do y'all do this? You see how obnoxious their fans are, complain when they invade this board, yet make threads about them that you know is just going to encourage them to continue.

I think we would have been the second-best team in the SEC. Alabama played LSU closer, but the LSU defense was all out of sorts until after Ole Miss. I believe that if Bama and LSU were to have played in the NC, it would be a double-digit victory for the Tigers.

-UGA lacked the offense to beat us
-Bama would have been close. However, I don't think they would have had enough answers for our offense.

I still think Bama was the toughest game. Clemson couldn't move the ball to save their life in our game. Although LSU somewhat took the foot off the gas in the Bama game until the end, Clemson could never get anything going.

So my vote would be 3rd behind LSU and Gumpland.

They had the 13th ranked scoring defense.

I still say 2nd. Maybe behind Bama if they played a West schedule and slipped up.

I think Clemson conclusively proved they were the second-best team in the country last season.

I think they would have been tested more playing an sec schedule compared to an acc schedule. Hell they only beat A&M by 2 tds at home.

Alabama's defense was statistically better than LSU, UNC, and A&M's.

Three teams that held you to 25, 21, and 24 respectively.

Why are Clemson fans so retarded?

Alabama played four ranked teams last year counting their bowl game.

A shitty South Carolina team with a true freshman starting his second game put up 23 against Alabama.

Even TAMU put 28 up on Alabama. The only other P5 teams TAMU put up more points on were Arkansas, Mississippi State, and South Carolina.

You have to factor in Alabama's cupcake arse schedule if you want to talk about how "good" their defense was.
