Why is the TSIO so important to Bama fans?

There's nothing special about that rivalry in fact the only reason i remember its still a rivalry is because Bama fans love hanging pictures of them playing UT in their trailers. Rivalries worthy of annual scheduling include the Iron Bowl, DSOR, the Egg Bowl, and whatever the frick you call UT/UF. The only good TSIO does for Bama is pad their stats, it also has a shitty name.

Just because many of you were born in recent history doesn't mean it started there.

As a Bama fan who is under the age of 40, I hated Fulmer way more than I've ever hated Tennessee. When he was fired, that hatred died a lot.

I think they build it up as their main rivalry to spite Auburn. I'd probably do the same thing if I were a Bammer, so I can't say much

If the gumps ever lost two in a row to Tennessee they would cry and the SEC would finally do the right thing and go to a rotating schedule. Until that happens, Bama will want that easy W every year. So it’s up to you Orange.

Perhaps you should worry more about Georgia beating South Carolina before you worry about who Bama plays.

Keep in mind this pathetic pos post and poster's rivalry game is with Georgia freaking Tech. A private like, technical trade (engineering) outfight that calls itself an "institute" and sits cramped on the edge of a massive interstate highway. Why is playing GT so important to UGA fans? It’s a crap game that nobody cares about outside of Athens. Why not play a real team that last weekend?
